The Porcelain Factory Plugin Revival is a restoration project aimed at breathing new life into an iconic but dilapidated porcelain factory. The design combines historical preservation with modern functionality, transforming the space into a mixed-use facility that retains its industrial charm. Original brick walls and steel structures were meticulously restored, while contemporary glass extensions and updated infrastructure allow the space to serve as a creative hub for artisans and designers. Key features include open-floor workshops, a showroom, and public exhibition areas, making the building a destination for art and innovation. By reviving this historic factory, the project preserves a key part of industrial heritage while creating a vibrant space for modern use. Sustainable retrofitting techniques, including solar energy and rainwater systems, were incorporated to enhance energy efficiency, ensuring the factory's legacy continues in a modern, eco-friendly format.
